LightPerspective Business & Personnel Coaching (BPC) AB Business CoachingBusiness coaching is having the organization in focus but, on the same time, securing individual participation and adaptation. The work emanates always from the company, the business and its objectives to be reached. But, on the same time, it gives all people involved a challenge for personal development. The work is mainly based upon decisions which have already been made in the company and group or individual processes which follow these decisions (adopt/adapt). Apart from the business perspective, social sciences are included such as the influence of perception and field theory and a philosophy based upon choice and responsibility. An integrated communicative methodology is being used for the sake of personal reflections and insights to enable everyone to take the steps forward they can manage just now.
The overall objective is a sustainable management and leadership through crisp clear decision making and communication.

LightPerspective Business Coaching seminars are challenging training seminars with four perspectives:1. Focus on the other person (what they communicate verbally and non-verbally)2. Focus on yourself (personal reactions)3. Focus on communicative strategy to be taken (communicative skill)4.
